so i go up to H&M at about 2pm to see wuts new n i end up pulln up to a few police cars parked outside. it seems that they did a swap and a turbo build for an SR20 for $1600 which eventually got marked down to $1175.
interesting to find out that it was jon mosquera's (flysi00) younger brother david that started this sh!t. that car sat there forever and every time i went up to the shop i saw it in the garage being worked on. the parents said that david had no right to sign a wavier because he is a minor. fact is though, he signed that contract. so IMO its on him...not the shop.
sorry but that really burns me to see people put time and effort almost EVERY DAY into an car for dirt cheap and have all that stuff thrown back in their face.
n just to throw this one out there...i would trust H&M w/ everything i would need for my car. so just in case someone hears what happened from an unreliable source...i was there from 2-8.
that sucks....but did they know that he was a minor before hand? if so....
