A GUY CAME BY KIA TODAY TEST DROVE A CAR AND LEFT HIS CRACK PIPE IN THE CAR, THEN WHEN THE POLICE COME TO ARREST HIM THEY CANT B/C THEY SEARCHED HIS CAR ILLEGALLY AND HE WALKED WITH A TICKET FOR DRUG PARAPHANELIA,????
