I've heard that before too and wondered about that ...


I pled nolo about a year ago to a 82 in a 55 in gwinnett and they allowed it.

i got tagged in commerce, but i was passing a car that had emtied its ash tray in my window, once i passed i returned to the speed limit, im going to talk to the judge and try to get out of it
