Hey guys I got a call from Brennon, he drove all the way out there to the meet tonight even tho it was raining. He wanted to know if the meet was still on and I said it was canceled, but Brennon did not know this because he does not have internet access right now. So maybe in the future if there is any meet that is going to be canceled "we" should get ahold of everyone and keep them imformed.
I agree. I was planning on taking care of errands right before the meet, but I got lucky and accomplished those earlier, so I was able to check the forum before I left.

yeah sorry about that guys. but unfortunatly, we cannot control who has internet access and who doesnt. and i know I didnt have time to call everybody by the time the decision was made to cancel. thus we put it on the forum. i apologise to brennon and whoever else might've driven out there, but theres really nothing i coulda done about it. however, i do thank you fro the dedication to the club. and again, we apologise.
how bout this..... if you do not have access to the internet, if you have doubts, call one of us. it shouldnt be our job to call everybody associated with the club to tell them. if you need to know, it will be your responsibility to call one of the execs.
