Well as you would have guessed the dealership is giving me ****, they found some hoses under the hood that are not mazda and they assume that i have been "abusing" the car and driving to "agressivly". Which is true but that does not take away from the fact that this is performance model just like an rx-8,or a mazdaspeed miata.  People dont drive them b/c they are pretty they buy them for there performance aspects. The dealer wanted my permission to take apart the tranny and look for excess signs of wear, and then they will determine if it was equipment failure, which i think is bs. Its under warrenty, its a known problem with my car, so just fix the damn thing and mazda will pay the dealership back for the parts and labor. I dont see any problem with that, but then again i have more than half a brain, so i may not be able to understand the complex inerworkings of the warrenty process, even though i probely know more about my car than half the techs that work there. If they decide to deny my service claim, me and yousef are going to blow the dealership up, if anyone else would to jion us you are more than welcome to come.

yeh they better fix your car but you will get it fixed either way by mazda but it may come down to a long drawn out process. hey and if it comes to that I'm all for blowin **** up.

yea man that definetly sucks, make sure they dont pull a whole peformance mods made the car have more power than it was designed for and thus the transmission failed.

Update 4-13-05


My buddy jb with the mustang has a friend over at jim ellis, and said he would check on my car and let me know what the dilly was. Come to find out that they just the parts to fix my car in, but they have not yet called me to let me know what they are going to do. I think that if they wanted me to pay for it they would have called me yesterday when they go the parts in.Hopefully i will find out later today whats goin down.

Well after some serious bitching on my behalf and calling mazda corp. i was able to persuade the dealer to repair the car under warrenty. I will have it back on thursday
