it may just be me, but there have been a lot of changes within the last 48 hours with the club, and i dont remember ever hearing about any of it
it may just be me but i think that there is a severe lack of communication here, we loose an exec and gain an exec but no one in the club knows until its already done, souldnt the club as a whole voted on that?
this thread will probobly get erased but oh well thats my thoughts

Hey Ricky - we are making all the final decisions with Josh being the new exec this Sunday - we are going to talk with everyone about it then. The other 3 execs have decided that since Chris stepped down we need to replace him and figured Josh was our best choice from all his club experience, etc. We will be discussing this on Sunday, you don't need to worry. :) We aren't trying to keep anyone out of the loop, we just figured we would announce everything at the next meet when everyone is around so that everyone can hear the news and vote on a decision. We will also be voting on letting 3 probationary members into the club. :)
Also, I got your email and I have replied about the other matter.
Everyone - we aren't trying to keep you out of the loop - and I'm sorry if it has come across that way. A lot has happened in the past few days and we are still trying to get it all worked out and situated so that all decisions can be made by the club members, etc.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to call me or the other execs at anytime.
